Q: Are you a factory ?
A: Yes,we are a factory,over 18 years specialized in industrial wipes products filed . we have ISO9001
certificates and own 33000m2 area factory.

Q: Why choose us ?
A: GI has 3 R&D centers over 20 researchers and developers, 30 sales staff,15 quality inspection persionnel and 250 workers, Releasing 300+ new industrial wipes,swab every year. Our storage area of over 10000m2 to ensure the production quality and On-Time Delivery. We can produce 1080,000+tons industrial wipes, 900,000+ bags cleanroom wiper and 30million pcs swab every year.

Q: Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA ?
A: We’ve been working closely with logistic companies both in China and America to ship directly to FBA, and Amazon sellers is warm welcome to contact us since we have rich experience in it.

Q: Can you do OEM and ODM ?
A: Customized logo, packaging or product is always part of our service.

Q: What are your standard payment terms ?
A: We accept bank transfer, Letter of Credit in sight, Paypal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance Order. For most deals, Deposit payment will be required before production.

Q: What’s your standard lead time?
A: For samples, our lead time is 1 to 3 days.
For regular orders,lead time is 3~10 days after receiving deposit.
For certain customised items, lead time is 15-30 days.
